Frame is welded from high thickness closed profiles of steel ST52. Corrosion protection is made by jet and inject by two-part polyurethane colours, high-tenacity against chemical effects.

Steel ST52 boom welded from closed profiles. Corrosion protection is made by jet and inject by two-part polyurethane colours, high-tenacity against chemicals. The suspension is composed with silencers, springs and silenblocks in all levels. A natural booms property is in horizontal position. Tilting booms is provided by balancer or hydraulic piston. The end part of boom is equipped protection against impact and spring. Working height is from 60 from 220 cm. Working width is 18, 20, 21, 24, 27, 28, 30, 33 and 36 m. Potential untypical width on the wishes of the customer. The booms are opened by hydraulic system. There is a possibility of closing end part of boom (e.g. from 24 to 18 m).

Main tanks with a capacity of 4000 and 5000 litres are manufactured from polyesterlaminate, tanks with a capacity of 2000, 2500 and 3000 litres are made from polyethylene. They are equipped by brake waves to minimize restrict the movement of the liquid, by nozzles for inside tank mixing and equipment for circulation spraying and its constant mixing. The main tanks height level is measured by mechanical float or electronic Tank Control. The filling of the tanks is either pump sprayer over suction filter on 6 m long suction hose or by direct tank filling. On machine should be mounted by flow meter that exactly measure quantity of water.

Ekomixer is used to optimize and safe breaking chemicals. Rotary nozzle allows cleaning vessels from chemicals.

We use the industry-leading Italian company Annovi Reverberi diaphragm pump with configuration 1 x 250 l, 2 x 160 l or 2 x 250 l.

According to size of booms is delivered different number of sections to switch on/off each section. On 18 m - 5 sections, on 20 and 24 m - 7 sections and on 27 - 36 m - 9 sections. Pressure is controlled by main and regulation valve.

Central suction filter, ongoing filtration agitation of the liquid, pressure filtration of spraying liquid without having sieves in nozzles. Liquid wiring is ensured by chemically resistant hoses and stainless steel tubes.
